The Tarrant County Water District closely controls permitting of boathouses,
docks and retaining walls. This control insures the uniform and quality
construction of improvements on the lake similar to the quality insuring affect
of Deed Restrictions in a subdivision.

approximately 8 million people within 2.5 hours driving time. This fact coupled
with the demographic trend of the "boomer generation" reaching the age
