Your dream home is just that, your home. Each home is unique and the timing is based on design considerations, property selection, foundation engineering, etc. However, over the years, most residental home construction falls in a range between 6 to 9 months. A major milestone schedule will be provided at the onset of your program and then monthly status reports will keep you informed of progress.
Helton Homes provides a realistic estimate up front based on customer desires. From that point on, our team and your family work together to build a quality home to the specifications at the lowest cost. All variances are tracked and you will receive copies of the invoices. Helton Homes builds a cost plus home, such that all changes (savings or additional cost), are for the customer.
